Luxury Nails & Spa provides a nice salon with a lot of options available. The staff are kind and efficient, prioritizing customer comfort. Many clients enjoy the reasonable prices and appreciate the pedicures. It’s busy, but this shows they have a loyal customer base. Despite the popularity, they are able to schedule clients even when calling the day of for an appointment. They are friendly and very clean. The lady that did nails was very quick, and the man who did the pedicure was very relaxing and did a great job. They got clients in for appointments the same day. While some reviews mention issues with nail polish quality and rushed services due to overbooking, and concerns about the reflexology service not meeting expectations, the overall experience is great. They were understanding of uncertainty and nails turned out exactly how clients wanted them.
