  Made a reservation online, the local office called and stated that they did not have a vehicle for me. Reservations were allowed with nothing available. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!

  Reserved a vehicle back in February for end of May beginning of June called 4 hrs before showing up was told by there call center that they had one showed up and no vehicle in the class that was Reserved. Only reason this is a 3 is cause the gentleman working the counter did everything he could to make up for the call center... read full comment

  Arrived to Champaign airport at 1:30 pm and waited until the agent arrived at 2:00 pm. The agent told me that they have no car of any sort for me although I made a reservation the night before! Poor service. I will not use them again
