very friendly crew was quick to service my auto and help me when something surprised us being of great importance to fix immediately just before I received my taxes. waited til taxes back for payment BUT went ahead and repaired it. Very happy for that . It pays to be in a small town and everyone knows your family . Very kind considerate and trusting is what that group is and there little doggy too!!

I took my 2007 F 150 into CareChevy garage have the air conditioning repaired. I picked it up the same day, paid$450, they told me it was working fine. I drove it home 5 blocks,put it in the garage where it sat for 4 weeks. On one of the hottest days of the year, I got in it, turned on the air, and waited, waited,and waited....nothing but HOT AIR!!!!"****!" What ???? So I took it right back down to Carey garage....told me to bring it in Monday.no problem. Dropped it off early Monday, they told me they'd replace the "O" rings. When I returned to pick it up,later that day,all of a sudden, the compressor is bad!!! How does that happen when it's in THEIR garage????AND they want another $1000 to repair that!!!WHAT THE HELL DID THE FIRST $450 REPAIR??? I dont have a clue!!Talked to Carey himself,was told," it's old,things break". How's that for customer service??? And he sure as hell didn't offer to refund my first $450 that fixed NOTHING!!! Great service C.NOT!!!,

We hit a deer in Savana, Illinoiscalled the dealership. Owner came extremely helpful car Can't be driven. Got us into rental. Extremely helpful. Highly recommend him.
