We had the best experience moving with ABF. They explained the process to us and answered all our questions. They even brought the trailer a day earlier to us at no charge to us. We tracked the trailer and when we saw it was at the holding/storage area we called for delivery. They brought it the next day. Picked up the empty trailer on time as promised. Throughly satisfied with our experience with ABF. Would highly recommend!

Moved from NW Indiana to Utah. The pods were delivered on time even after requesting a change date for both pickup and drop off due to changes in my plans. Was able to store everything safely and securely. Thanks for making my move so easy and convenient.

Our experience was positive moving a limited amount of household goods and clothing from Gary, In to Fort Myers, Fl . It saved us a 1400 mile trip very satisfied.

Made the move from New Mexico to Indiana. The staff that delivered the empty containers were both very polite and professional. The containers were in good condition and clean. We loaded them both the next day and called for pick up the next day. It went without a hitch. We arrived to Indiana on Saturday and they called on Monday and were ready to deliver, we had to delay it a couple of days. The staff in Indiana were also very polite and professional. We got it unloaded and called the next morning for pick up and the were able to get it the same day. All my belongings were in the same shape they were in when I loaded it!! They kept me updated with texts and payment was easy with the email link. Very happy with the service and value of not having to drive a rental truck or tow a trailer!! Hope I don't have to move cross country again, but would definitely go this route if I had to.

Great customer service before, during and after receiving our relo-cubes. They were shipped to Puerto-Rico and everything was in perfect condition, not one thing was broken. Will highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks U-pack!! :D

Very good experience, on time and easy to work with. We hired movers to pack the trailer, used lots of moving blankets and straps from Harbor Freight, and everything arrived in good shape.

Moved from Indiana to Utah, and after checking out other options decided to try U-Pack. The delivery of the pods were within the time window they gave and the gentleman that placed the pods was so precise with the placement, it was amazing to watch. He spent time going over any and all questions I had and helped to enlighten me on loading specifics, his suggestions were invaluable to a 1st timer like myself. Destination delivery was sooner than expected; however, they worked with my schedule and delivered my pods exactly when they said would, all safe and secure. Again the same expertise in placement as I experienced in Indiana, and a very polite and friendly young man willing to aid a novice. Pick up of the pods were just as easy as everything else I experienced with this company. The expertise of all involved was apparent and everyone was very polite and ready to do all they could to make my experience a positive one. If ever I move again they will be my 1st and only choice. 100% satisfied. Thanks to all that helped from the beginning to the end.

We moved from Illinois to Nevada with 6 months between pick up and delivery. The guy that delivered the empty containers was very professional and able to get up our narrow driveway. Pick up when done loading was just as smooth. When we were ready for delivery at our new home the staff in Las Vegas were amazing. Driver was great and placed containers so we could get at easily. When empty they were quick to pick up. I would definitely use again if I move.

I was trying to coordinate a military move from Indiana to Texas. Everything went great during the pick up and move, the stuff even arrived earlier than expected. The only glitch was the pick up at the terminal in El Paso. Lack of communication and helpfulness at that facility made this just a little less than awesome.
