DO NOT GO HERE. My Dog died in 2021 due to the negligence and pure greed of this facility. I'm writing now because I've finally found the courage to do so. While the vet was nice she was always falling asleep and was even nodding off in front of myself several times. They INSIST on giving dogs boarding shots just for grooming. This greed is what lead to my precious dog having a severe seizure and he was never right after that. While the prices are affordable I caution people from going here. Lack of staff, the staff that was there gave attitude, long waits, and deadly mistakes that can and will cost you your precious one. If i could give a 0 I would.

I don't know what hit me first.. the awful, unbearable smell or the crowded waiting area. On a Saturday around 12:30ish, walked in to a crowded waiting area and no staff. Even call the phone while I was there and no one answered. Don't know how long the wait will be so I left. Such a inconvenience.. wasted of time, energy, gas/money to get there to find no one there

The vet is very nice and caring for the animals. The prices are reasonable. The place look like a hurricane hit it but she can find anything she needs.

EDIT: unfortunately quality of service at this location has gone downhill. I came to this location, for help with my puppy who was severely ill. She was practically dying. This vet gave sailene, and an antibiotic and sent me on my way, without a second thought. She ended up passing away. Another puppy, seemed to be having the same issue. I took the puppy to a vet hospital in Elk Grove Village, where it was determined that puppies simply needed to have dewormers from 2weeks+, which this vet never explained. Also, they saved the puppy's life. As for this Saul Village location, it's feasible simply for affordable yearly visits for shots. However, I WOULD NOT recommend this location for more serious issues.
Animal Medical center is honestly the greatest location. Although they are very understaffed, I love the vet there. She is super honest and affordable. Rabies shots are also very affordable. The staff there is very friendly as well.

the only reason I’m giving one star is because it won’t let me give less, this place first off is disgustingly dirty, with 10 mins of our visit I had to run out of the building and was throwing up from the rancid smell inside, now this isn’t even the part I’m giving the bad review, I was willing to looking past the disgusting environment, the total lack of professionalism, she has no helped, I watched her look at a man in the lobby for well over a hour before she even acknowledged him. NOW what really pisses me off and where the bad review lies is in the care she gave my dog, we brought our boy in there expressed our concerns with her looking back she just pushed us along, she took blood work which it’s been over a month now and we still have not received her results. We left with her assuring us nothing was seriously wrong and he’s just battling a stomach bug, fast forward a few weeks our boy had zero improvement so we reached out to another vet I guess the one we should have in the first place, within 45 mins there the dr had grabbed us to show us a tumor that has been taking up his whole left side, the dr found this after doing the blood work that took the less than 20 mins that get results… if you love your animals like I love mine, DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BRING THEM HERE. This lady doesn’t deserve to be in business

My dog had a tumor and was miserable but she didn’t do any testing to even tell us. She gave us a probiotic. We took our poor baby to another vet to find out about the tumor that he’s been suffering with. Poor dog could have been actually treated. Don’t take your dog here she has no idea what she’s doing, she doesn’t call back for lab results either. You’ll go in and it smells like 15 liter boxes.

Smells awful of ammonia inside and is a giant unorganized mess. That is the first thing you'll notice upon walking in.
Service is also not worth the time, they take forever because it almost appears like only one person works there. I literally just wanted to get a stool sample tested and was standing there for close to 40 minutes before I decided to go somewhere else instead.

The Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and caring. Walkins are welcomed here as I didn't have an appointment.
The office could use a good scrubbing.
