My wife went to this location Autozone and some guy who said he works there charged her $35 to rest a fuel code for the engine light without a machine and I’ve used Autozone since the 90’s and never been charged anything to erase a code with the machine no less without a machine and I know that was unethical practices. Plus he did it without telling her how much he was charging first which made that a scam. So please watch this location for parking lot mechanics. You should be told how much you being charged for anything before work is done not vice versa.

They read the code for the check engine light. I looked it up on my phone. More things to do before winter.

Usually, when I go up to the establishment, I know what I need, and it is a quick and seamless transaction. A few weeks ago, however, I had the unpleasant experience of encountering Daryl. When first entering the store, I was not greeted, but instead looked at. He then goes, "Do you need help looking for anything?" I reply, "no, I am good." Because I knew what I was looking for. He then turns around and says to another customer, "That's what they always say, they never need help and then they come back needing it." This did not sit right with me, especially since I knew what I was looking for. This statement was sexist, implying that women do not know what they need when they enter an auto parts store. Any other auto parts store that I patron, they are more than happy to leave me be if I do not require assistance. While looking at the items that I needed, he then comes up to me again asking if I needed his help. I say "no," obviously irritated by the remarks he was making to other customers. I find my items and then check out. He asks once again, "did you find everything that you were looking for?" I reply smugly, "yes," disproving his ignorant comment. Please tell your associates to never assume that a woman is helpless. I work on my own car and hate that this is a trope amongst women (the damsel in distress). THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED!

I walked in and was looking for something for my battery. It was another customer in there. A young gentleman name Ty asked me did I need help. He did a outstanding job helping me get all the pieces I needed. I really appreciated it.

It's a good place to go if you've got to get parts for your car but if you don't have to get parts for your car I probably wouldn't go there period the candy is overpriced and they're waters are really overpriced and they don't have much other than car parts oddly enough period
