Had a great experience at Sandwich Vet! The staff and the doctor were incredible, their attention to detail along with all the packet information they sent home for a new puppy was great! I had an issue with the PAW Plans where the entire amount was accidentally charged. They corrected the issue, Morgan went above and beyond. While I totally understand mistakes happen, it put me in a tough position as I was closing on land the following day where those funds were needed. Thankfully I was able to run to the bank and transfer in additional. I don’t hold the staff at fault and still giving 5 stars as I truly believe it was an honest mistake. Thank you for making it right and working with me last week. We’ll definitely be back with Emmett and my dog Tux starting next year!

I had a diabetic cat that was seen for years by the sandwich vet. Never had any issues,until one day they decided we should stop giving him insulin because he had some low numbers. Even though he was not acting badly,after arguing I did stop his insulin. 3 days later he was lethargic,and not eating. After 3 days at the emergency vet and finding out he had DKA,thanks to the sandwich vet,my cat died. I would never recommend them to anyone!

All staff was pleasant, caring, professional and kind. Dr gave my dog and I lots of time and education. The facility is clean. They were busy when we arrived, and they kept us up to date on the Dr's schedule as they had a few emergencies. We still left from our annual exam within an hour . We are long time patients. Thank You Sandwich Veterinary Hospital!

The staff at Sandwich Veterinary Hospital have quite literally saved my dog's life. A very large mass was found by another veterinary service and after several tests, x-rays, and an ultrasound, it was determined that mass was on her spleen and she needed a splenectomy ASAP. Unfortunately, our primary veterinarian staff was booked for 10 days and we, along with them, knew she needed it sooner. Sandwich veterinary hospital came to the rescue and were able to get our baby in the very next day! They took suck great care of her and we couldn't be more thankful!

Great veterinarians & techs! They love animals, do their best to accomodate & listen to pet parents. They are dedicated to your pet's well-being & are attentive. They have been supportive of treatment for my 2nd coonhound, who has anxiety & behavioral issues. All 3 drs & techs have treated & interacted with my dogs &, I feel comfortable leaving them in this hospital's care. If i had to choose one thing to change, i wish they had a 24-hour on-call service 7 days/week.

We are new to Sandwhich Veterinary Hospital and couldn’t be happier. We had made an appointment for transfer of care and a minor problem through the website, be sure to read all directions and follow them. I did not follow it (my own mistake) so appointment was no longer available but they were incredibly kind in working with us to get our dog in quickly. He unfortunately developed a more serious problem right before appointment so it meant everything to us to have him seen so quickly. Our dog was treated incredibly well and under the circumstances of a new place, pain and just being at the vet, his anxiety level was very low. A testament to their great care! Each person on the team was incredible and we are happy we found this place!

Veterinary hospitals are not what they used to be EXCEPT for Sandwich Veterinary Hospital!!! I live in Ottawa and drive 45 min because they care not only about my best friend but my families feelings as well! 5 stars isn’t enough. Had to put our boy down 5 weeks ago and they made us feel as good as you can in this situation. Our dog was not even one of there patients. Ottawa Fox valley Vet failed us when we needed them the most. Our new puppy is scheduled at Sandwich for next week. And when called they remembered us. To top it off they are excited that we made end of the day appointment so they all have time to see our new puppy! You don’t worry how much it costs with this kind of care ❤️❤️❤️
