We had an appointment at 12:00. My husband got off work early and I arranged a babysitter to go the meeting. We received a phone call ten minutes ahead saying the appointment had to be cancelled because another appointment was taking too long. We both were already pulling into the parking lot.

First the online tool let me schedule it on Monday night then I received a phone call few days later that it was book, no problem they told me I can drop it off and they will work on it in the morning, so I did but never heard from them for days so I follow up follow up. They never got my taxes done till Thursday afternoon, thats after me calling and doing the follow up I understand its busy but a quick email or text would be nice. A week later havent got any email that it was filed called again I do the follow up ... and guess what it never got filled they just did it today.Its so frustrating that if I haven't do the calling nothing would be done.I always use H & R block but this makes me reconsider other tax services.
