Stevie Squillo, The Ford dealership agent who sold me my 2022 F-150 was an exceptional professional. His prompt and consistent communication via text made the entire buying process incredibly smooth. He was always easy to reach, and his responses were clear and concise. His knowledge of the F-150 was impressive, and he was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my interaction with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle.

Excellence care and attention given to me and my vehicle. The service manager was a dream. I was having issues with Car Play and he sat with me in my vehicle and resolved the problem. The price of the oil. change and inspection was very reasonable. I highly recommend Gjovik Ford in Yorkville/Plano, Illinois.

They did a good job of finding problems with my vehicle when it was only in for standard routine maintenance. It was costly but they fixed a lot of issues. Glad they were professional about it and asked before any work was done.

They are the absolute worst! They take your car, for weeks at a time with no communication. They don't return phone calls and make it seem like it's a hassle when you do finally speak with someone. They drain oil out of cars and then drive them. Ruining the engine and blaming the owner. Then Gjovik will convince you to sign a deal on a new car......so they got you for even more money. They also have known thief's working for them. Watch your bills! They add on services or change the price, all while holding your car hostage. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LET EMPLOYEES STEAL FROM CLIENTS!

I’ve worked with multiple people at Gjovik over the last 8 years of being a customer. This might be a long review, but if you’re a new customer then I can definitely weigh in on what to expect. I can tell you this is a trustworthy place to go overall.
Sales: My most recent experience was with Alex. Highly recommend. You can be straight up with him and he will be straight up with you, a characteristic that can be hard to find at dealerships, and one that can be greatly appreciated when car buying isn’t always the most fun experience. I have also worked with Keegan and Ben in the past and can confidently say the same about both of them.
Finance: Another example of a guy that is straight up with you if you are straight up with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and can help you with whatever questions or concerns you have as you move into his office, should you get to that point. If you are looking for extended coverage, he will have every ounce of information you are looking for and again will help you get the best deal, that aligns with what YOU want or need. He does not strictly focus on what helps him.
Summary: I have never left Gjovik unhappy or feeling like I was swayed a direction I didn’t want to go. With that being said, do not come to Gjovik (or any dealership for that matter) expecting them to do backflips and perform miracles for you. It’s still a business at the end of the day, but if you work with them, they will work with you. Just remember, you can’t ask for honesty on their part if you can’t hold up your end of that transparency. Overall, don’t waste time on these other crooked dealerships and just come here.
