First time customer and we couldn’t be any happier! Had a flat on our yard cart and struggled to get the tire back on the rim after changing the inner tube. Arneson’s was more than willing to help us out and had us back in service in just a few hours. Staff was friendly and professional and facility was clean and welcoming. Will definitely be using them for future service needs.

The shop called 30 minutes before the appointment to tell me they weren’t qualified to perform an alignment on my German car because there were “too many adjustments” to be made…so evidently they can only handle F150’s and minivans

Took my car here for an oil change. After an hour and 20 mins he tells me that my battery is old and needs to be replaced. I told them I didn't have the money today. Then Jeff tried to blatantly lie to me and tell me the car battery was dead and they would have to jump it. My battery was not dead and it started right up for me. I will never come back and I recommend you don't either
