“Midwest Sinus, Sleep & Allergy Associates had referred me to a company in Shiloh to get set up with a C Pac machine. After 4 weeks of trying to work with this group, I called Midwest back and they said they were referring me to Bandys. Within 20 minutes Bandys reached out to me and with in a few days I had an appointment in Trenton and was set up with my machine. Tracy was very helpful and accommodating. I called a week later about getting a different mask and was given an appointment the next day in Salem. It literally took 10 minutes to switch masks. What a professional group of employees at both Trenton and Salem. I would definitely recommend Bandys for any of your medical needs.”

“My Dr. Sent over some meds for me and I left my house 30min before the pharmacy was supposed to close. I got there with about 15-20 min to spare and there was a line. When it was my turn the tech looked and the pharmacist and he told me he was filling mine right now and if I didn't mind to wait he would have it and I had no problem waiting! Everyone else was taken care of and then my turn to pay, and my card declined and it was ready after 7pm. They should of been locking up. I called family to see if they could run me some money and no one answered. I only brought 1 card inside with me to pay. I quickly decided to use my Walmart pay and one get 1 of 2 medications and pick the other up tomorrow morning. The pharmacist, Jason, came to the register and I am totally embarrassed and apologizing and explaining I will split it up and use the walmart pay and he asked me if I would be back in the next 3 days and I replied yes, I will be there tomorrow morning! He said okay and pulled his own money out of his pocket, I instantly started bawling! He paid for my meds so we all could get out of there and save me from embarrassment. He could of went about it a totally different way and said sorry we are closed, we open tomorrow morning, but instead he helped me and showed me compassion. I will NEVER forget this simple but so incredibly sweet gesture. I cried and cried. My heart is so full and I am so blessed. I will never forget this and my family will forever stay at Walmart Pharmacy because of Jason.❤ *Also, my husband and I have talked about how awesome he is and how much we love him and his positive attitude multiple times before this!”
