I recently purchased a used vehicle that had a deep scrape on the hood. The vehicle has a tri-coat paint, which is difficult to match with the rest of the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was a perfect match and they also did some excellent touch up work. They've also replaced a headliner and done an AC repair for me in the past. Bobby Mifflin, the manager, and his staff do excellent work, whether it's mechanical or a body repair. I highly recommend them and plan on using them on any future automotive repair need.

Gone there for years and always had good experiences. Now they overcharge for everything. Seems like anytime I bring my car in for an oil change another 900 dollar problem is wrong with my car.

We went in for a 30 dollar oil change and they charged us 160 for replacing filters. We were never notified of there being an increase in prices and were quoted at 30 dollars. It wouldn't have been an issue if they had been honest, but it comes across as shady to me. We won't be returning for any additional servicesService: General repairs & maintenance

My Chrysler 300 received several door dents rather good size. I called and talked to Bob who looked at the car and gave me an estimate. They took the car that day and returned it one day later. They found a crease also and used painless dent repair. Car looks perfect and done at Avery reasonable price. Excellent work and everyone there was plesant to deal with. My sister had her car repaired here after hitting a deer. Her local mechanic (who had been maintaining the car for years) inspected the car thoroughly and found that all fluids were full and there were no leaks whatsoever before delivering the car to Collision Specialists. After a lengthy delay due to shortage of parts, my sister finally got her car back around Christmas. After only 25 or 30 miles, the engine light came on and the car started smelling hot so she stopped driving the car and had a friend check the engine oil as well as the transmission oil. The trans oil was about 1 quart low. My sister's mechanic then inspected the car and discovered that the engine had blown - most likely a spun engine bearing. I called Collision Specialists and was told that they did not make any repairs to the coolant or transmission cooler lines and that they never had this happen in 30 years of being in business. The car is a Toyota Camry with 150,000 miles and was very well maintained - coincidence? Something is fishy here......
