1st time there, delivering parts, second time, picking up a transmission core. Super nice people, from the front office to the mechanics!! Huge shop with plenty of bays to house anything and fix anything. Living and working in St Louis, it's just nice to deal with friendly, outgoing people. Even got a tip to visit a coffee shop in Caryle.

I’m not a Diesel mechanic so when I have Diesel engine issues I take it where I know it’s in good hands. This place was recommended to me by several people and with my experience with them I wouldn’t hesitate not to call and setup another appointment. Great service would definitely recommend.

I recently got in touch with this place for fixing my transmission. The girl was very friendly and helpful. The price seemed to be very good and affordable. The only thing is she told me they were very busy and it would take me a month to get my vehicle done. That doesn't mean I won't recommend them. Like I said I was given a good estimate and I wish I could have gone here. I needed my vehicle done faster than they could get to due to the high volume of people scheduling work. But I would give these guys a call and see what they could do for you they seem like a good business to use.

I thought it was the end for my trusty Accord on the interstate. Took next exit..found Bobs..I had little hope getting in as late afternoon...and they were almost wall to wall with trucks they were servicing. 250,000 miles I e pected the worst. To my surprise they got right on my car..analyzed my issues..fully explained to me..even though I grasp maybe half of my issues. Well 28 years in biz. I gotta say they know how to rescue a car. Surely cheaper and quicker than a dealership...a motel..and a ride home without my"stuff". My car is now running better than in years..no more engine lights...no more excess oil usage...etc. My mood went from depressed to thinking "someone up there likes me"!!!! I am from the "Show Me" state and Bob's family operated business made me happy to know a stranger can still trust a business pretty far from home! Anyways thats my story and I am sticking to it. I would suggest going there 1st!
