“I’ve had them install a new oil pan, replace the high pressure side AC hose, and patch a tire for me. Each time was a great experience. They are very transparent during the process and i never felt like they were looking to over charge me. They actually got the prices a lot lower than i had expected each time. I do most of my own maintenance and repairs on my vehicles but when i don’t have the time or equipment i would not hesitate to go back. “I recently purchased a used vehicle that had a deep scrape on the hood. The vehicle has a tri-coat paint, which is difficult to match with the rest of the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was a perfect match and they also did some excellent touch up work. They've also replaced a headliner and done an AC repair for me in the past. Bobby Mifflin, the manager, and his staff do excellent work, whether it's mechanical or a body repair. I highly recommend them and plan on using them on any future automotive repair need.”
“1st time there, delivering parts, second time, picking up a transmission core. Super nice people, from the front office to the mechanics!! Huge shop with plenty of bays to house anything and fix anything. Living and working in St Louis, it's just nice to deal with friendly, outgoing people. Even got a tip to visit a coffee shop in Caryle.”
“I'm not going to try talk bad about this place. From what I hear they do a really good job on everything they work on. My only thing is if you have to pay out of pocket they seem to be a little pricier than a lot of places. That may be because of their quality of work and the quality of parts they use. I called for an estimate on my transmission and they guy that took my call was very nice and helpful. He told me it would be pricey and called me right back in under five minutes with a quote. He was right and it was more than I could afford so I had to go somewhere else. But that doesn't mean I would not recommend them. I would definitely give these guys a call if you need work done and see what they have to offer.”

“We found ourselves passing through on our way to Chicago when our car needed repairs due to damage incurred while driving down the highway. The team at Pennington was eager to help, fitting us in right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us back on our way without overcharging or suggesting unnecessary work.
Moreover, they allowed our entire family, including our dog, to "take over" their waiting room while they completed the repairs. Within an hour, we were back on the road, ready to continue our journey. Truly a great service team – highly recommended!”
