This post office was an absolute joy to do business with. The lady working was so nice and very helpful. I will be coming back to this office anytime I have a postal need and you should too.

Been to few post offices in the area & Russell is quite far the best. I will not go anywhere else moving forward.

This was the best serviced USPS I've ever been. Maybe I got lucky that there was no line, but the woman (sorry I didn't get the name) took lots of time to help and explain things to me. I was internationally shipping a letter and she was honest about how I can't track it and will not be guaranteed delivery so that I avoided to pay extra $30-. Thankfully my letter arrived in time, Thank you!

This Post Office is a hidden gem! Unlike many post offices, there is seldom a line or wait time and if there is, it's never a long wait. Natalie, is friendly, fast and extremely helpful. It is a bit difficult to find, watch for the sign on the road pointing to "United States Post Office". Parking is easy and very close, so no need to worry if you are disabled or have many packages to carry. Drive slowly, there are usually resident chickens and ducks walking around the parking lot.

This post office loses our Netflix every time. What's going on here? Every other post office delivers our Netflix in a day and we get a return in the same time. But every time, when we drop things off at this place, the Netflix envelopes disappear, sometimes never to return. I'm done visiting this place; they are either Homerically incompetent or someone's a thief.
