Very annoying. I ordered medication that needs to be put in the fridge asap. It took one day to get from Florida to Boston. Then 5 days to get from Boston to Raynham. When it finally got to the Raynham facility I decided to just drive and grab it instead of waiting which I assumed would be multiple days to get from the facility to my house. That trip is literally 2 miles. The guy at the front said "yes sir it's here but it's on a truck in the back and we can't get it". Why? Just walk back there and get it. "No we can't do that" so instead I have to wait 2 more days because that was a Saturday. So I can't get it on Sunday and Monday is a holiday. So hopefully Tuesday but it won't matter by then cause my sure the meds are destroyed by now. If not now then they will be Tuesday. I'm only giving two stars cause the kid was polite and it's not his fault. However, not being able to get someone's medication even though they are in the building is piss poor service. Fed Ex is the only delivery service I end up having issues. UPS and Amazon are usually good. USP definitely has its own set of issues however they mostly are ok also. Just do better.

If there is a worse customer service experience on earth than that which you get from Fedex, I have yet to discover it. Impossible to file a claim for a missing package on their website. Nearly impossible to get a live customer service rep on the phone, and if you do they are utterly useless. Not just this time. Every time. Don't use Fedex. PLEASE don't use Fedex. I want my package to get here.

They falsify tracking two days in a row my package said it attempted delivery I looked on my front and back camera and Noone has even came by the last two days mind u this is next day delivery so paid for nothing these ppl suck and I truly hope there business goes down the drain nothing the cheating lying ppl in this business

Please use common sense when delivering packages. If it's down pouring, put package on the dry, covered porch...duh. Or use a freaking plastic bag. I will avoid any company that uses FedEx for shipping. They do not care about customers or handling packages with care and decency. Their app is useless, you can sign up for status delivery updates all you want but you will get 0 updates...ZERO! Try contacting customer service ....hahahahaha worse than the app! She tried blaming it on the merchant that sent the item!! Yes...it's THEIR fault your driver left my package in the pouring rain and when I picked up the box it fell apart with the contents spilling all over the ground. Everything SOAKED! Who TF does that?? DO BETTER FEDEX!!

I don't know what it is about Fedex, but they can't seem to successfully deliver packages to my house. UPS and the Post office seem to have no issues. I was home waiting for a package and was tracking it and regularly updating it on my phone. Around 1:30 I update it and it says it was delivered at 10:30. I had been home all day. No knock and no sign of the package. Why is this constantly a problem??!!! Can they actually deliver a single package to my house without an issue?? Customer service says they'll call me back in the next two hours. Clearly they don't care about my time or business at all.

Who knew that when I got to the FedEx location, brought what I needed inside and then said I had a prepaid shipping barcode to scan from the vendor. They said we updated our computers and can't scan pre-paid barcode shipping labels anymore and to go to Walmart down the street. Anyone else experience this....

I'm so upset I waited all day sat in the living room waiting for FedEx to deliver my chemo pills that I need for tomorrow. But got a message that they tried to deliver, but I wasn't here to sign. YES I WAS now I have to pick it up. I took the day out of work for this to.

What an expensive joke FedEx is. I had a package ship Monday Express Overnight for Tuesday. I look up tracking and it shows delivery Thursday, WTH? I call FedEx cust service and was told Express wasn't available in my area but someone, driver or ship location changes it to 3 day service vs. Express or even God forbid 2 day but no. I was told that they were escalating to Memphis, where the package was and a few min later I am told that a case was created and someone would contact me. Not 10 min later I get a call from someone named Chris to tell me he's working on it and would get back to me with an answer. 7 hours go by and no call from Chris so I call customer service and now they are saying "I am trying to contact Chris but could not so I talked to someone else and they are putting a priority escalation in, Blowing more smoke up my arse. Again, 4 more hours and I call to get the same BS story. I check again the next day, now a day after it was supposed to be here and it shows in local sort center so I call customer service again, I want to go PICK THIS UP ASASP IT IS URGENT AND ALREADY A FULL DAY LATE. Get put on hold and they come back to tell me that I cannot pick it up today because it is scheduled for delivery for Thursday and they won't be able to get it until tomorrow. THis is absolute BULL S$!T. I am closing my business account and never using FedEx again. USPS has better service then FedEx and they are 1/3rd the cost. So annoyed I really need this package a very large customer relationship is on the line and I am going to lose the customer because of FedEx being inept..................

Complete trash. I was told that my package could not be held at the facility but when the driver claimed they came to my house after I waited all day, I was then told I could come and pick it up. Lies and terrible customer service.
