“I was stranded on the side of the road because of a flat tire on my brand new used 2020 Ford EcoSport I just purchased 5 days ago after hitting something in Casey's parking lot. Reached out to my provider who wanted to tow my vehicle to Macomb because I don't have a spare. “I had an incident driving from Lewistown to Rushville on the way to work. I hit some unseen animal and it tore the front air dam loose from the car and it was hanging from one side. I could not get it loose and had no tools to detach it. I drug the loose part 7 miles into Rushville. I didn't want to drag it 34 miles home and there were no tools at work to remove it either. After calling 3 body shops or garages for help and having to leave messages with no return for 3 hours, I called the local State Farm agent. She put me in touch with Lyle's Autobody. Lyle's sent out a very pleasant young man named Dusty who removed the part. He declined to bill my insurance company saying it was minor and he did work for State Farm all the time and they were good to him. When I offered to pay him at least $20 for his time, he refused any payment. What this says to me is Lyle's is not money hungry. You will get a fair and accurate estimate from them. They are honest and I would strongly recommend them.”
