I went to Royalton DG on Friday, July 1and purchased around $70 worth of items. When I went to check out the card machine said unable to process request. I tried a different card and we tried some other things and it still wouldn't work. I've seen this happen before and the would always reboot their system but these guys made me leave and go get cash at the bank where I was charged $5 for doing so then when I came back she had checked more people out so she had to re scan all of my items not only that the manager I guess he is was acting all aggravated and I'm like I'm the one being put and I'm the customer never once did they apologize. While that guy is manager I will not set foot in that store I will drive to Zeigler first. How ridiculous!!
