We had just fled asheville NC from hurricane Helene after losing everything including our home and had a tire blow out on the interstate…. Nobody could help us or tow us with two car seats and instead of turning us away because he works only on semis, Aaron set aside his day and quickly came to our location to help us get a donut on our van so we could safely get to a tire store for a replacement. “I bought a low mileage 2018 Duramax here. I would buy every future vehicle from Travis if I could.
I made the 7 hour road trip and when I arrived everything was exactly as promised and Travis even threw in a couple of GM accessories after the deal was already done and giving me a more than fair price on the truck.
When I drove it back the emissions system ended up throwing a small general code for a sensor. Travis kept in communication with me and contacted his GM connections to help me figure it out. Couldn't ask for more from a dealer who already has my money. It ended up being a non-issue and I am very happy with the experience and service here.”
“Thank you to AJ's Station for great service. My daughter was 4 hours into the 14 hour drive home from grad school in Iowa to North Carolina. She felt something wrong as she pulled off for fuel and found that she had zero pressure in one of the run flat tires on her car. Fortunately she stopped at a gas station close to AJ's and was able to get to their lot just before they opened. They were very helpful and quickly got her car in, brought in a replacement tire and had her back on the road within 2 hours. She made it home safely that night.
