Give them one star because it wouldn't let me write something with 0.... I called and explained that I had to cancel my reservations a day before picking up the RV because my mother's health turn for the worse and we couldn't go on the trip.. no sympathy at all, no refund..... What a great RV rental place.

I’ve rented RVs here twice and had a good experience both times. RV ready when they say it will be, good working order, quick check in and out.
