Constantly marking up the size of packages so they can charge you extra. Usps quote $46, went to ups same package $21 and arriving 2days faster. No wonder so many locations are closing

Until today I have had no complaints with our post office. One hour ago our driveway was sealcoated. Our mail was just delivered and the substitute carrier walked on the fresh sealcoat. As I was yelling for him to stop he kept going he finally stopped but not after leaving fresh foot prints in the sealcoating and then on our wooden sidewalk when he finally turned to walk out to the street. How he missed the smell, and the barricade of the driveway, and my car on the street is beyond me. To say I am not happy is an understatement.

This is the worst post office, I got my package delivered in the lock box part of my mail box that needs a key to access it. 2 days have passed and no key in my mail box to access the lock box to get my packages I’m very upset this post office is the epitome of stupidity. I called them and the operator was indifferent and told me I have to wait an extra day I am very disappointed

The employees are so mean. The lady I talk to was rude and belittled me for not understanding what she was saying even though she wasn’t explaining it properly. I was nothing but super nice but she had attitude to begin with.

I have lived here for 24 years, and the post office has always been helpful and friendly, without any exceptions. If they are super busy during the holiday season, they are still friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to have an issue that could not be resolved.

thank you usps!! scott was incredibly kind and helpful in obtaining my new passport. the experience was quick and easy, including taking pictures and photocopying my documents. our incredible postal service is easy to take for granted, but im very thankful for usps!!

This center is a joke. They track a package and say it will arrive by Saturday. Then it's updated to Friday. Great. I call them and they say it's out for delivery. and I'll get it by 9pm. Of course it never arrives. So I call them and they are closed. They(auto attendant) now say it will arrive by Sunday (even though tracking now says Saturday).The center is 6 miles from me and they got it at 6:49am. So in 14 hours and a verbal conformation it's out the door. It never arrives.DO BETTER ROUND LAKE, ILLINOIS.

If I could give a ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Home delivery is late every day and there is always the wrong mail in my mailbox so I'm assuming that my mail is being misdelivered as well. It's even worse at the office branch. The clerks have nasty attitudes and are always giving inaccurate information.They leave packages outside of the front door without ringing the bell or leaving a notice to pick up at the Post office. I'm a retired letter carrier. This is a DISGRACE!!!

I have visited this and the Grayslake post offices frequently and they have both improved greatly! Friendly, helpful and efficient. In the past week, both have apologized for the wait,(which was not extraordinary) and thanked me for my business!

Always great people and easy service. The RLB USPS always gets my shipments! And the self serve is 24 hours for those random times you need to ship stuff at 2am.

I have packages dropped off at this location and they never scan them, so there is no tracking history. They should investigate and do better job.

Upsets that we have a post office ? where they don't care much of service. I still get mail from folks who don't live in my residence. Took it up in person, still have mail from other people in my mailbox ? ? and they messed up my wife's passport with the same previous name ? we had to repay to ship the documents. Didn't consider alternatives or an apology. One of the workers didn't know what to do and sent us to another worker. I am confused. Do they not train everyone for any type of situation?
