Hired Tony's to install a used engine in my SUV. I purchased \\u0026 had the engine shipped to them. They signed off that it was installed for the Warranty. Picked up the vehicle \\u0026 check engine light was on plus the vehicle was running rough \\u0026 jerking. Brought it back \\u0026 mechanic said it was an emission problem. On my 3rd repair shop I am learning that my replacement engine was NEVER installed. The Warranty will replace their engine, but it is not in the vehicle. Still old original engine. My husband \\u0026 I spoke with Tony's \\u0026 they claim they did replace the engine. They did not. Only installed a water pump \\u0026 timing belt. We are senior citizens on a limited budget. I want my engine that I purchased or the money I paid to purchase it plus the money to install it. This is FRAUD - I am giving Tony's until Monday, August 1, 2022 to correct this or Tony's will be sued. I have already spoke with my lawyer \\u0026 the police dept.

Called for a tow truck today, they said they would be here at 3pm. When 3:30pm came and they didnt show up, I called them back. There was no answer. I got a text shortly after my call (around 345pm) saying they are sorry, but their tow truck broke down. They never tried to reschedule or anything of the sort. Seemed like a phony excuse thru a text. Luckily i was able to find someone else to tow my car.

WORK GETS DONE WHEN THE OWNER IS THERE. AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK STILL WAITING ON THEM TO CALL ME AND FIX OIL GASKET LEAK . My are has been ointment different shops since then and it been over a year. Today is Monday June twenty-something and still no answer or no call from them
