“They were amazing!!! An anklet broke that my late fiancé gave me so it has huge sentimental value & they were able to fix it!! It’s a bracelet now but he said if I wanted to turn it back into an anklet they will be able to do it! I didn’t get his name but Bianca called him the magician & he truly was! & thank you so much to Bianca for trying so hard to get it fixed! She is amazing! God bless them both for their kinds hearts! I appreciate it more than they think! Give them a raise! lol”

“Jon is nice but was told if I bought a couple ps2 games he would give me a bundle deal and never did got ncaa football 07 =? rune Viking lord 10.00 and tiger woods 04 =7.00 for ps two total was 29.03 I think it should have been slightly less then 29.03 for those games, never told me exactly how many games to get a package deal in the past it was 3 games kinda disappointed because he’s nice and I want to continue doing business but I just don’t know anymore, not only that I also decided to do a trade and Gave an Xbox one controller, a Tera byte card for the series x , a Zelda switch controller and a Nintendo switch game and in return only was able to get kingdom hearts, smash down shut your mouth and a nhra racing game all on ps2 for all that, I probably could have gotten more money at game stop and I know business is business but integrity and honesty goes along way, I only did it because Jon is a nice guy so it’s my fault for trading with him instead of getting the money from GameStop so I guess it is what it is, don’t get me wrong he’s a nice guy but I think he coulda did a solid and threw in another game for us. Update: Jon has reached out to me and has made things rights he and his crew are the best around town and appreciate all his efforts on making things right”

And she KNEW what she was doing, But she wasn’t pushy. I DIDNT feel any pressure to buy the ring that was suggested. She showed me what was best for me and i really appreciated it. I didnt speak to the other employee but she was also very sweet. The atmosphere is welcoming. The exact opposite of what i thought my experience was going to be. “I've been going to Danielle for piercings for about 10 years now - soon after their shop opened. Any time I got a piercing from anyone else, I was dissatisfied and she was able to help me with those piercings where I had gotten keloids or infected areas. I've never experienced it with any of her piercings. I will never go to any other shop again. Her jewelry is titanium and gold; she will never bring in a piece that can cause irritations or other issues. All of my piercings done by her healed extremely well with no issues. Dont be scared to ask about pricing or communicate the pricing range you are in. She will help you find the perfect jewelry. She is very detailed and will explain the entire procedure as it goes on. She will take her time and will provide the suggestions that will make you leave the shop happy. Sometimes, I have no idea what I'm getting until I'm there. She is very patient. She will dot the different areas so you can see ahead of time exactly where the piercing will be. She is open to your suggestions and will offer the positives and negatives to it. LISTEN to her. She's the expert and will not steer you wrong. I've gotten at least 10 piercings from her and I can't wait to go back for more!”

“I've been driving to Crystal Lake for thirt stores for the last couple of years. WHAT A MISTAKE!! This store has it ALL and then some. It may look small from the front but it is HUGE! Name brand clothing some with tags, boots, hats, scarves, purses, etc. They even have a small Boho Chic area! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Wild Raspberry!!! I wish I would have taken pics, next time for sure!”

“Went in asking about an appraisal for rings knowing there is a charge. Staff (and I'm sorry I don't know her name) stopped what she was doing and spent 20 min with me explaining the value of the rings and my options if I was considering selling. She was extremely helpful and would not accept any money for the service stating I wasn't asking for a written appraisal and it was their pleasure to help out! I was very impressed with their willingness to help out a community member and their generosity in granting me the service for free!”

“I went to the store to drop off something that the owner dropped today. I fell in love with this store. There have something for everyone. It is a great place to find gifts for your family and friends that they will treasure. The owner puts her heart and soul in to finding these treasures. I have been looking for something unique for Day of the Dead. I was in complete surprise when I found the perfect item at this store. It is not only unique but beautiful. “Awesome location not crowded for thanksgiving week so I was able to get in and get helped right away which was awesome Henrietta helped me out she is a professional at these things because I did not have a clue and she was very efficient and helpful with all my questions definitely didnt get this much knowledge from the other pandora locations ive went to (woodfield and deer park) this location definitely answered more of my questions I had and they work quick to get you out! They are able to size down my bracelet for $35 because I lost a lot of weight you dont get it right away but I chose to just buy a new one since they were on sale! Clean place and the staff was all very helpful! Micheal cleaned my bracelet he did an amazing job was fast and looked just like new! 15/10 here at the hawthorn mall location!”
