“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My go-to store for the past several years. They never try to upsell you anything more than what you need. Infact they even offer savings tips if something is cheaper (like directing to neaby Costco T-mobile center if something is cheaper there)”

“I have been to this location in several occasions over the years. In years past, the service was horrid. Not anymore.
The last few times I have been in here, I was greeted right away and treated with the utmost care. I have never felt pressured and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal, or in today's case, accept my return without hassle.

“Had a great experience with this location. Although busy in the morning, we were able to make an appointment and get everything we wanted. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our rep who handled most of the logistics was outstanding. She was problem solving issues on the fly with the intent of getting us the best deal. She handled everything with grace! Afterwards we met with another staff member who talked us through getting activation after an issue arose. They were patient and although a long appointment, it was a pleasurable experience.”
