“Have you been getting consistently hosed by your supposedly discount insurance provider year after year with ever increasing rates despite never filing a single claim? Does the process of switching your policies just seem too daunting and time consuming that you just keep paying those increased premiums?
Well I was right there with you and for years I used a well known discount insurance provider known for their clever ads where their employees are dressed like old school grocery employees with price guns supposedly just marking down insurance prices left and right. I won’t mention the company by name but it rhymes with DEPRESSIVE! When I started my first policy the price was unbelievable but once I was in my premiums went up every time the policy was due for renewal, despite the fact that I’ve never filed an insurance claim for any reason.
Seriously, I have never filed a claim and my premiums more than doubled over a ten year period.
Well those days are over for me since I switched to State Farm 2 years ago. First I switched just my auto policy but have now bundled my home and boat policies with State Farm as well. When it came time to renew my auto policy after the second 6 month term my premium dropped. I bundled my other policies and my auto policy dropped to less than half of what it started when I switched over.
If you live in the Lake county area, give Kent Rouse and his team a call and they will make the whole process of switching your policy quick and painless. I think the entire process for me took less than 10 mins real time and maybe an hour total for all necessary forms to be signed and sent back and forth. Everyone I’ve dealt with in their office, especially Sandra Simon has been super friendly, knowledgeable and able to help right away with anything I’ve needed. Thanks to State Farm’s fair, honest pricing and Sandra’s forthright, friendly and professional manner I expect I will be a State Farm customer for life. Keep up the great work!”

“I have been with American Family Insurance since 1995 and could NOT be happier with their products & customer service. I was very lucky to have connected with an amazing agent from the beginning. I did not realize how fantastic my first agent was until she retired and I was transitioned to a new Agent -- after several issues with her, I transitioned to another Agent, and had the same unsatisfactory experience. After calling the AmFam HQ in Madison, I was connected with Trevor Pachis of Pachis & Associates -- WHAT A 180* turnaround!
Trevor and I met personally, first, and he gave me his cell phone number to text him directly with any issues I might experience. And he lived up to that promise as I've had to connect with him a couple of times over the past year. Always responsive, always got me in touch with the right person at his Agency, and every challenge I experienced was handled near-flawlessly.
Recently, I had a need to revisit my Homeowner's Policy for changes to my coverage levels, so I texted Trevor & he connected me with Kristi Johnson. I have been attempting to review/revise my Policy for a number of years and had several challenges in doing so until I finally was blessed with having a meeting with Kristi.
What has taken several phone calls & a lot of frustration on my part prior to connecting with Pachis & Associates, Kristi came to the meeting prepared by already reviewing my Policy, had some suggestions, listened to my thoughts on coverage, and she was able to reconcile in 45 minutes what I'd spent blood, sweat, and tears (mostly tears) trying to do on my own for far too long! Kristi knew exactly what I wanted, we discussed thoughts I had (even though I am not an expert), and reconciled everything I needed to in one telephone call. She is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable & I felt like my business was not only important to her, but important to get right the first time so that this could be my last call to AmFam about my coverage.
In short, I am over the moon to have finally found a partner in Pachis & Associates and have the privilege of working with Kristi. I was spoiled with my first Agent & her level of customer service (I just didn't know it) -- I now feel spoiled again, and that has been a long time coming! I wholeheartedly recommend Pachis & Associates and, especially, Kristi & Trevor -- nobody is going to claim that Home and Auto insurance is something you want to spend time finding or reviewing, but at least Kristi & Trevor have taken the pain out of it for me. He explained things other agents completely missed, got the documents over to the mortgage company very fast, and we ended up getting a refund.
