I purchased a generator from Harbor Freight that didn't work out of the box. I exchanged it for a working one and went on vacation and the working quit working two days into our vacation. I needed a reliable generator so I went and bought a Generac. Now I'm trying to return this none working generator and they want to take hundreds of dollars from for a restocking fee even though this generator does not work. Horrible customer service at this location from Managers Juan and John. Harbor Freight will no longer get my business.
