I worked with Rafee and he was great. I had shopped around and felt very pushed into buying things elsewhere. Rafee wasn’t pushy at all. They had great prices and he worked with me on finding exactly what I wanted. They shipped it same day and put it together for us. It was a great experience and would highly recommend!

When Rafee said that he wanted us to leave happy, he meant it because we really did leave happy. My mom and I left didn’t find exactly what we were looking for but got great quality furniture for a great deal. Delivery and installation was quick and the guys were super friendly. We’ll be back for Christmas shopping after such a friendly experience ?

Outstanding customer service! My fiancée and I went in one evening to look at couches/sectionals and the main store salesman was so patient and took the time to listen to our wants/needs. He went as far as to physically measuring a sectional that we were interested in and writing down the dimensions so that we could go home and make sure we were making the right selection for our family room. He did not once make us feel like he was just another pushy salesmen just trying to get a sale. Due to covid and the shortage of furniture he let us know what he physically had in stock so that we were not waiting months for furniture, while still meeting our wants/needs. When came time for delivery he was able to get us SAME DAY delivery and set up!! Delivery men were just as pleasant and friendly and made sure everything was set up and in working order before they left. They also left zero mess in our home. We will definitely be back for future furniture needs!

Worst place ever to buy furniture two years ago I bought a bunk bed after I bought it two days later I realized that it was broken I told the owner and he told me that he was going to come to change it and he keeps telling me for the next month that for the next month that for the next month two years have passed and He still have not wanted to change the bed I told him why he told me that he had a guarantee on the furniture and then he told me never He had told me that the furniture has a guarantee so he’s a liar

Only thing positive I can say is owner did visit my house to look at my recliner issue has not been resolved I’ve lived in this are 50 years and I’ll never go to classic furniture again
