“In a day and age where reviews seem to be handed out to companies like so many tickets to the fair, it is a rare thing to behold a reputable company deserving of a 5 star review! Collision Solutions is definitely a company that should get 6 stars, were it possible! When I first brought my car in to get it checked, Hal, showed his wealth of knowledge in dealing with the insurance companies. Hal questioned me as to my policy and showed me where the other guys were just going to install an after-market part on my new 2019 VW Beetle ConvertibleFinal Edition! He assisted in obtaining the correct parts for my car. He questioned the estimate from the other company that I showed him, where they were not going to put OEM parts on my car! He contacted the insurance company and showed them where they were mistakenly swapping out after market parts in stead of OEM and got the correction taken care of immediately!Hal and his crew received my VW Beetle on a Wednesday at 10 am and by Friday it was a completed job! I didn't even have to call for a rental as Hal set everything up before I even got there. Not only did these guys do a fantastic job on the outside, but vacuumed and cleaned the inside as well so that when I received my car back, I was just overjoyed that it looked so absolutely brand new! “These guys exceeded my expectations. I’m OCD about my trucks. Was hard to stay in the showroom and not bug the technician about details. Turns out they didn’t need any guidance lol.They filled holes left by the old drop in plastic bed liner. They capped and sprayed holes from my old toolbox location. They put the correct fasteners in my tailgate since the ones used with the plastic liner stuck out too far.They did all these extra details without me even asking.Masking job was perfect.I hate to put my toolboxes back in. They cover the Great Lakes Linex logo.”

“I’ve slept in the parking lot of many of the finest hotrod shops across the country, and this is by far one of the nicest.The tour guide Phil was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the shop, and I must say it’s a marvel of modern hotrod manufacturing.Now for the most important part the toilet paper in the bathroom was soft but not too soft, and didn’t have any of those cheap fake perfumes.Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality would definitely sleep in this parking lot again……5 stars”
“Even though AudioSmith was over a hour drive away I have to say it was well worth it. Brought my new bronco raptor to them with a budget in mind. They stayed close to my budget w/o trying to upsell me everything. They gave me a few suggestions and let me decide. Went with hertz cento speakers and a JL sub . All I can say is this system ROCKS ! Couldn’t be happier. Very fair price to say the least. Bringing back my F150 raptor for an upgrade as well. I definitely recommend AUDIOSMITH.”

“EditEd from caliber collision reached out to me Monday March 11th about my dissatisfaction of the paint and overspray on my car. I stopped by March 12th to show him the problem areas, and was reassured that they could take care of said issues in the paint in a day. I dropped the car off March 13th at 4:50 pm, I received a call the next day March 14th at 5:00 pm telling me my car was ready. I told him that I would be picking my car up Friday March 15th, I picked it up at around 12:10 pm looked at the the paint and door jambs and was satisfied that they resolved the initial problems I had and got it done when he said they can get it done. I am happy Ed reached out and wanted to work with me to resolve my issues with the paint and overspray.I chose this shop as it was one that worked with the insurance I was filing a claim with after a car accident I had that happened in January 2024. I dropped the car off February 20th for them to do the estimate and it remained there. On February 28th I was notified the repairs were started. On March 6th I got I call that my car would be ready Friday, March 8th. I picked my car up Friday March 8th around 4:50 pm, it was raining and cloudy so I wasn’t able to see the quality of the paint job or work until today (Saturday March 9th). Now as I look at the quality of the repairs done ,I am feeling dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship. Right off the bat, I noticed the paint has an orange peel texture to it that is very visible up close. I also noted a piece of debris in the paint that sticks out. I can see on the door jambs very visible over spray, one section even has the sanding marks and a prominent clear coat over spray line that can be felt and seen.I will be updating my review once I contact and discuss with the shop about the quality of work I was left with.”
“Came to my residence to do a campaign that was required. Great communication prior as they offered some options to do so. The technician had seen a new set of wipers in vehicle and asked if I wanted them installed while they were checking the warranty campaign. Texted back when it was completed and letting me know when they were done and were leaving the residence as I was in a meeting. Great service Victor Ford above and beyond.”

“I have a 2006 G35x and no one would touch my wheel bearings. The car also needed catback exhaust, a new yaw sensor, caliper. While Francis and his crew were checking things over, they found both front boots torn and some major oil leaks. Francis was very upfront and forthcoming about his findings and providing me options and insight, sending many pictures along the way showing the parts in question. He went out of his way to get a good deal on my exhaust and worked with me along the way with some other things. Car sounds freaking amazing now and feels new to drive again. Thanks man!”

“RCA has been great! They were knowledgeable, helpful and helped me resolve a shipping issue that I accidentally caused to happen. And as far as my Weapon R Secret Weapon intake goes, I’m loving it, it added some more throttle response to my 2002 Acura CL type S. It feels like it’s quicker to rev up and get into its power band sooner. It also seems to pull better in the mid range and top end. VTEC is more audible now too, but it’s not obnoxious, it’s more of a pleasant sporting tone. I definitely recommend. Part #301-122-101.”

I will Never Go Anywhere Else, in my Opinion, He Is The Best. I drove a semi over the road the last 26yrs, never hit a deer, I move up here from Wheeling and smack into 3 of them cuz there in a hurry for sex, who knew? I never know when it's mating season till I hit one, then they have the nerve to give me the Stink Eye as they run away, meanwhile my car looks like someone beat the snot out of it. I never seem to really hurt them. It feels like hitting A tree, and it Sucks!!!”
