Worst experience again. This is the second I have this lady an o other chance to provide serviced and customer care….each time I pay 27 plus 8 for tip.. 8 is not a small tip but to motivate the customer care. Cut were done. And got to the car and double check the fade and the hair around the ear. Both time came back in to have the lady double check not 1 fucccck she was given me.. told me she won’t fix or touch to clean me up…never again u will have my business lady. First chair on the left behind the register. No care were given..!!!!

Had to be the worst haircut I've ever received. I asked for a mullet and the lady did not know what that was. I'm not sure how you can be a hairdresser and NOT know what a mullet Is. Even after explaining to cut the top short and leave the back long I ended up with the complete opposite. This lady decided to do cut my hair how she wanted and not how I wanted. I'm extremely pissed off about my hair getting botched. I'm never returning to sports clips after this.

Hit or miss, but mostly hit. Most of the girls are fantastic, can't complain about the price either. If you're a regular, definitely get a season pass and save more.

I usually try to forget bad experiences and move on but the haircut I received here at the roundlake location on April 22nd 2024 is the worst haircut I've every received. The stylist was the blonde one that day and did not introduce herself nor did she really seem to care to be at work. I gave example photos of myself wearing the exact cut I wanted(same haircut ive worn for years). My undercut is now inconsistent strips taken out of the sides of my head and she cut through my curls completely changing the way everything sets with no consistency on length or direction.
Not at all like the photos I provided, very lousy and unprofessional. Not worth paying almost double the price of anywhere else to come out with a subpar haircut. I mean after my girlfriend looked over My undercut she found some strips to be double the size of some of the other strips.

Normally I'll get a pretty decent cut her. This time I came in without an appointment and was still able to get in relatively quickly. I was shocked at what happened next.Jojo was the most professional and methodical stylist I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Absolutely meticulous and technique driven. I have not gotten such a professional face since living in Chicago.Do yourself a favor and book an a appointment with her while you can because someone like that is going to have their own shop in no time at all!

Go see Therese, she does a great job. They used to be half price cuts for vets, but Im not complaining lol. Still get 7 bucks off. Therese has been doing my hair for 5 years plus and I've never had a bad one. She should honestly be running the place at this point. Her and Shancy are the only 2 I consider, because I dont mind chit-chatting with them lol, otherwise I'm dead silent. Shancy cuts really well too. Choose wisely!
