Floors were dirty & crickets had gotten out. Registers left unattended to play with a customer’s puppy. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Stopped in today and was helped by Sasha! The checkout process was efficient and super friendly!
Sasha let me know about price matching with Petco's website and other online competitors. She helped me sign-up for their loyalty program, letting me know there would be no intrusive messages. With her help, I saved money off each item and was able to save an additional $5 with their sign-up coupon.
(Heard her speaking Spanish with the guests before me, which is a huge plus in this area!!)

Wasn't to please of the grooming experience I got from Emily. Dog's hair is uneven underneath his ears. Never shaved. I asked for a shaved job. Never got that. He's got a big head of hair and his tail's not evenly trimmed. I understand my dog's wiggly but if you couldn't do it you should have called me right away and I would have found somebody else to do it. $77 is a lot of money wasted for an unsatisfied customer plus I even tipped her before I really got the chance to look at him. Terrible job

Fun to see all their dog merchandise. Love checking out their clearance section. Staff always greets you at the door and is pleasant. Can be overpriced though on non-sale/non-clearance items

Shannon and her team always take great care of my pups. We've been seeing her for 12 years. They always come out happy and feeling pretty ? Store team is always happy to help supper friendly and attentive, and the store is always clean

Definitely get the rewards app it's absolutely phenomenal. The savings is incredible. Definitely a must have app. Today's visit only costed 2.97 and I saved 127.00 dollars

Manager there is great help and super friendly. Some staff can be rude or simply don’t care about there job. Better to go in the morning when the manager is there! Great selections of food and supplies and they always seem stock!
