“Talked to a real awesome woman that was working there. From everything about different dog food to chewies & treats. Only thing we all got wrong was on those rawhide chewy bones. You had not met Daisy & Dante where they think it's all a competition... they were gone in 2 days! Lol... think I need to invest in bowling balls lol

“HIGHLY recommend their grooming department. Stephanie is literally the best, she's the only person my dog let's touch her paws - and we've tried a lot of different groomers. She took the extra time to meet my dog where she was at & helped her feel safe instead of mistaking the unease for aggression and denying service or rushing it. We drive past two other stores to come here! The rest of the staff is also always friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they care here.”

“I’m very happy that I took my dog to get his nails cut here. I have tried several other places over the past year or more. One place even gave him medication to calm him, but nothing worked. He just would not let them touch his feet. I walked him in canine clippers and we were done in less than 10 minutes. It was such a relief! We will be back.”

“Stopped in today and was helped by Sasha! The checkout process was efficient and super friendly!
Sasha let me know about price matching with Petco's website and other online competitors. She helped me sign-up for their loyalty program, letting me know there would be no intrusive messages. With her help, I saved money off each item and was able to save an additional $5 with their sign-up coupon.
(Heard her speaking Spanish with the guests before me, which is a huge plus in this area!!)
