Wasted an hour of my time as I was wanting to open a CD.I wasn't trying to borrow, but I was looking to invest. Hard pass.Plz consider taking down the cheap outdated plastic plexiglass so it can be a more personable experience for prospects and potential new members and business.

Very non-competitive bank with rather weak non-competitive products, especially compared to the local Credit Unions in the area. Timid staff that do not project their voices behind the plexiglass that's still at their desk from 2020. Not with the times. Not competitive. I do not recommend.

I can't believe it, terrible service, 40 minutes to talk to a representative and in the end they put the machine back in. Terrible, very bad. I don't recommend it for anything
