The state of the pumps is horrible. Half of them are inoperable. I had a major gas spill because the handle was broken, the pumps do not have safety mechanisms in place to prevent a major gas spill. My clothes were damaged, car smells like gas, and was told that a manager would call me back to adjust my receipt. A few days later I called the store because nobody followed up with me. The manager, Kathy, was dismissive and made it sound like she was doing me a favor by giving me a credit only if I showed up during her working hours... Major violations at this gas station and quite honestly, not worth the .10 cents savings.

Murphys has a history of distributing bad gas across the country. Now they have done it to me here in Illinois. Do not buy gas from Murphys

This used to be my go to for gas and snacks. It may be small, but they have the best gas prices in the area. Plus, the staff is always nice. I don't smoke anymore, but they do have the cheapest cigarette prices. Shame on you if you still smoke! They used to be open until 11:30PM, but now they close at 8PM!?!? How stupid is that? I'm a nightowl and haven't been back since the hours change and probably won't be back until hours go back to normal.

Spent $1.50 on air tire pump but the machine is broken. I reported it and asked for a refund and the employee claimed "it's been broken for a long time. I don't know when their gonna fix it but we don't have anything to do with it. Maybe if you call the number on the machine they can help you?"Just rediculous... I stopped coming here for gas months ago and now I just won't come back at all.

My 1st time ever walking in this gas station. I'm standing in line waiting for my turn. at 1st there was only 1 cashier ringing up customers then another guy came in from out side to help out. It was my turn and the guy name crees helped me he was not friendly at all I was playing my lottery, I paid my total. Then I decided to get a scath off ticket,and crees told me How much more Time do u need cause i got customers behind u. He was really loud and embarrassed me. So just told him thank you and walked away. I am a paying customer and to top it of it was my 1st time ever in this place. He really needs customer service training cause he was rude and not friendly at all.

This is the worst place to get gas to get anything the district manager I think she is Chrissy is the rudest person ever she gives dirty looks and doesn't work whatsoever she has all the employees do everything and gives no help at all she creates lines up and doesn't work the register at all when she's there she sits outside on the phone and smokes cigarettes all the time she leaves for hours and comes back as she pleases worst customer services ever

Needs better management. I go in evenings and it always seems dirty, always a product out of stock that I'm after and the service is mediaocre at best. I'll get gas but I may have to go elsewhere for convenience store.

Great gas station. Not easy to get into or out of though as you have to drive into the Walmart parking lot.
