“I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. Thankfully Danny was able to help get it sorted out and my phone was properly connected! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!!”

Karen is very professional , knowledgeable , and able to assist all costumers that come in through that door. She greets all and is able to help all. Karen makes sure costumers don’t walk out the door without being waited on. I did retail quite some years ago and am costumer orientated. “Today my family and I went to the Round Lake location to upgrade our iPhones. We were greeted by two incredibly kind and welcoming employees: Bryan and Julian. They were very quick to help us get our upgrades, as well as incredibly willing to answer any questions we had and were overall super helpful and friendly. When there was downtime due to transfers or software needing to be updated, both Bryan and Julian took the time to ask questions about us and were so enthusiastic during the entire process. This is by far the best experience we’ve had when getting new phones and we will 100% be back!”
