I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. Thankfully Danny was able to help get it sorted out and my phone was properly connected! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!!

The store hours on Thursday are 10am to 7pm. I went to the store at 4pm and the door was locked. This not the first time I had an issue. I would say it's about 60/40 if I can pay my bill. Now I have try again today. Friday

At other metro's I've been too I was having a difficult situation switching over a disabled family members phone plan switched I went to this store location and had amazing help! Danny, Carlos and Marcus were able to help switch my uncles phone plan over with such ease and kindness during this difficult time they were friendly and polite and able to help me with everything I went there they were honestly amazing! I appreciate you guys so much such!!! A sense of relief honestly I can't thank you guys enough! You guys are awesome!

DO NOT GO HERE! While there, my mother and I were looking for a new phone for her to start service and joined me in a family plan. This took place just after she finished her chemo treatment for the day. During the whole time we were given rude service and whenever a Spanish-speaking customer came in they took priority over us as well as any other non-English speaking customer. After 30 minutes being treated this way, my mother and I both left, went to Sprint and joined their family package. I was with MetroPCS for 2 years, but it only took 30 minutes to lose two customer.

I wish I could give zero star's because I will never go back to this location a day in my life unless it's because they agree to fix THEIR problem.Two weeks ago I bought my son his first phone so we can stay in contact. Two days after getting the phone my son's phone stopped letting him text message and won't use the SD disk. I get him every other weekend so I had to wait until today to bring the phone in. The phone is still under warranty and when I brought it in and spoke to whoever the guy was cause he didn't give me his name, he told me there is nothing he can do and that I have to go to the corporate store 35 minutes away. I then went to another metro off leader lake Rd and spoke to the very nice helpful people there. They informed me of the policy and way they're supposed to handle the situation. So I went back to the Rollins store and my girlfriend went in to talk to the guy again. At first he said we can go to Waukegan and swap out phones. Then he said maybe we can. And then he changed his story for a third time saying he would have to order the phone. Regardless of anything, the phone is still under warranty and the guy refuses to help. He then told my girl to get out and was rude to her. I was listening to the whole conversation on the phone since she called me and had me on the phone. I have been coming to this store for 5+ years. Never again until they fic the phone like they should have.
