“The people who work here really care about customers. I walked in as I was looking for a birthday present and a lady at the front showed me where I could find some choices. She was so kind. I was having an issue accessing my Kohls Cash as there isn't much of a signal in the store and some other problems with it yet the team there helped me a lot. The cashier was kind and the supervisor was kind. They should be the trainers for all Kohls store. This location is doing everything right for a positive customer experience.
