The staff is so quick in filling your prescriptions. I've gotten notifications my medications are ready even before I've gotten home from my Dr appt. Friendly, polite, never any attitude, unlike a few of the other places I've been too. Meijer is my choice! And a dog treat whenever my boy rides along♥️?

I get there are significant shortages around everywhere. That being said I was txt to pick up a med but was told it was out when I got there. I asked why my app and txt said ready and no answer. Past pharmacies have contacted my doctor and he wrote a new rx. Not this one. They wouldn't even let me know if the other form of the medicine was an option. But even before medicine was hard to get they never had anything on hand??? Walmart never had a 4 day wait.

Beware. Charged me twice the price at register. I talked with the pharmacist on the phone about price and medication and that I have a GoodRX coupon for that medication. When my parents came to pick up that medication, the pharmacist didn't put in coupon code and the medication ended up costing twice as it was supposed to cost, of course my parents got confused at the register and bought medication, because noone wanted to explain anything to them. When I found out about that, I called the pharmacy and was told that nothing could be done and there was no coupon on file. I won't be back here.

I just wanted to review the pharmacy department for their exceptional service, particularly Tammy. Tammy has been amazing with helping me to get my veterinarian's DEA number which would allow me to access a discount code via GoodRx on a prescription for 126 pills of 300mg clindamycin for my Newfie. Even though Tammy was denied this number from that vet's office a few times (until I spoke with the office manager of this clinic) being as the medication is not a controlled substance, Tammy continued to try to get our pup's medication. Without this number, the pills would have came out to $150. With Tammy's help, we were able to get them for $24. We appreciate you, Tammy.

This pharmacy drive thru is super slow even when there is only one or two cars waiting. The employees are not friendly at all! They put my insurance information in their system and told me I was not insured and if I had questions I needed to call my insurance company. I drove away, parked the car and called. They said I was insured and that it didn’t even reflect that they attempted to put a prescription through. I go back and tell them this information and they still insisted that I was not covered and rudely said “I don’t know what to tell you, you need to take it up with them” I left again called the insurance company and they called the pharmacy and had me on the call but asked me not to speak. I sat there and listened to them read the numbers back to the insurance co. which is when it was discovered they made a typo and were missing one number! The employee told the insurance co. That I gave them the wrong information! I specifically handed them my card and they entered it in their system! On top of all this they close so early!

I scheduled a vaccine online/phone and I was there on time. A text was sent confirming the appointment. They would not give me the vaccine as their little room was being used for training. Weird and very dissappointed. I will not be back to the pharmacy or Meijer. Walgreens is a better option for yout pharmacy needs.

Breath of fresh air. Had an insurance issue that prevented my medication from being covered, but they properly explained the issue, gave me a discount card, and showed empathy. Sure I paid more, but after my last few experiences at Walgreens and Mariano's, the treatment alone was worth the extra money.

Super rude pharmacist!! I was picking up a prescription and the lady kept rolling her eyes at me as I was talking. She never came back to help and was just standing there on her cell phone talking to the other pharmacist and ignored me. There was no one else in line or in the drive thru window,I waited for about 5 minutes to see if any one help and no one did.

Have you ever 'had no choice' about using a service or company that you wish you didn't have to? meijer has turned out to be the worst in the area on all levels. From their meijer brands to the a**holes who work the checkout lanes, to the Pharmacists and staff that get things wrong, are always upset about any questions, they push everything off to 48 hours unless you complain, and their online system is abysmal. In short, YUCK.

like pharmacy's that dont fill prescriptions for a few daysor perhaps you like apharmacy who makes you come back 12 times to pick up 3 prescriptions. well thos is the place for you. not only can you remain sick and frustrated...you can possibly die...try round lake meijers pharmacy.
