My daughter scheduled an interview here and it was supposed to be done by phone. No one ever called and when she called in she was told the manager wasn't even there. Very unprofessional. I know she is a teenager and it's only for an associate position, but still, it should of been handled better. Disappointed.

Every single time I go to Kohl's, I have a really good experience. (it doesn't matter which Kohl's I go to) Plenty to look at, and the people working there are always friendly as well. Clean and tidy !

Amazon return center. Received a 20% off coupon. After waiting in line because only customer service was open, was told it did not apply to my purchase. The Amazon return guy said anything.
