I've been with the Round Lake Allstate location for over 30 years. When I began with getting insurance, I went to Richard Janka because he was my parent's agent. He always treated me as a person, not as a number. That same type of service and dedication continues with Ivan Eddy. I appreciate the small town type of service from this location of such a large business!
