Very friendly group of ladies who love their job and make every pup feel comfortable while being groomed. One of my first jobs as a bather atleast 3 decades ago. Big & small all breeds welcome. Still take my pup there.

This place is dirty the women have very bad attitudes it's like they work in a prison they don't clean them properly they just trim them I took my dog there brought it back and had fleas bottom line ghetto place stay away you're much better off going to Fox Lake

I had to drive from North Carolina to Illinois due to family. My dog was freaking out from the car ride and all the new places. She desperately needed a bath and her nails cut. I took her here and they were so calm and patient with her. She smelt so good and was so soft for days after and she even got a little bandana. If I ever have to drive back, I will definitely be coming here again.

have gone there for 1.5 years . was always told that i could come for a dry cut since i am not comfortable dropping my dog off since i've heard scarry stories . very last cut was a buzz that cause a severe razor burn . groomer was too lazy to do a comb out and shaved my pet too short and stated hair was matted in which case it was not. i'm glad i will no longer be going back as under no means should any dog matted or not be subjected to a razor burn that took weeks to heal . folks ! be aware of safety of your pets here . i never did a drop off and this still happened. and the nerve of the owner to up the prices - guess everyone's taking advantage of inflation

My first time here and for sure my last. My dog was caged for literally 5 hours. After 3 hours I called to see what's going on with my dog, and the lady who answered the phone said there's no record of my dog....at this point im taking my day off. After she finally finds my dog says will take another 2 hours....what a horrible experience!!!!24 hours later my dog has bumps allover her skin.

We used to go to another place that charged almost double the amount we are paying now. Honestly it’s great pricing for the service that you’re going to get and I love the details with the ascot. We have a mini golden doodle and she is super active always hyper and running around and getting her self super dirty. Once we found this hidden gem we’ve continue to go back my wife was the one that actually located it and it’s super happy she had gone there. I’ll tell you this from other experiences where I’ve had to make calls to make appointments it’s usually been a hassle or they’re overbooked and they can’t take you in the times that we’ve called here they’ve treated us very well and usually have her within a week or two.

Called to make an appt. for just a bath and nail trim for my dog, told me to bring him in the next week at 830am. So i bring him at exactly that time and dont get a call for some time, 3pm rolls by and I call because at this point my dog has yet to eat or gone to the bathroom yet (my poor dog). They tell me that he will be next and should be ready to go in 20 min. Finally at about 330 they call and say hes all ready. I was very upset but asked them calmly why we had to drop him off so early (if they knew they were not going to do him until 6 & 1/2 hours later.) they said they were short staffed and super busy. Which i understand, but dont “schedule” an appt a week in advance for my dog and tell me to come at a specific time and not do anything until you close. So my dog was pretty much caged all day, when i could have had him out on a walk or at the dog park. Which i couldnt do because of that.

Every time I bring back my pug peanut to dog gone clean he comes back super clean and handsome the service is amazing and for a great price so I recommend dog gone clean.
