This place is not a good place at All. BUYERS BE AWARE. They have such a shady practice and tons off bad reviews to prove it. Hopefully soon there down fall comes. This place has the worst customer service. Purchased a vehicle a few years ago here. Tried to return it and was assaulted out of the dealership. Made a report only for the police to come back saying the dealerships cameras weren’t on. This place is disgusting. Do Not buy From Here!!!!!?????

I desperately wish I could give 0 stars. And as for the story that follows I have the texts from Olga (the finance lady) Cesar (the sales manager) and Marisol (the salesperson) to corroborate every inch of this.
Interaction 1: Buying the vehicle, Marisol (salesperson) forced me to purchase car insurance (i already had state farm) through some company i had never heard of or else "they wouldnt let me leave with the car" - i couldve texted my state farm agent and had it covered immediately. (also this practice is violently illegal, forcing insurance sales on already insured people for kickbacks that she was getting) but I digress....
Car 1: A Mercedes E320 Purchased in December, I drove the car home from the dealership, parked it in my garage and the next morning I tried to start it, and it was dead as a doornail. Long story short, theres multiple batteries in these things, one being in the trunk, which is the primary. I attempted to jump it via the auxiliary battery in under the hood to no avail. So I contacted the dealership, who sent out a guy who took out the backseat to attempt to access the trunk (the key didnt work and they had failed to let me know they didnt have the valet key, which was disclosed to me by Cesar AFTER the purchase) this poor dude tore the backseat out at the dealers request because "there was access to the trunk behind it" surprise surprise, the only thing behind that seat was a solid steel wall. They took the vehicle back and gave me a loner.
Christmas passes
They call me in because they have a replacement car, Cesar - sales manager - tells me outright it hasnt been into the mechanics shop since they received it. I could tell, 2 tires were flat and a number of lug nuts were missing from the wheels. They pulled it in to put air in the tires, change the oil and add lug nuts. Cool. 2 hours later im on my way back home with my children (all 3 of whom were with me at the dealership for the whole time) this car is a 2008 Jeep Commander with 188k miles. I had one prior, and liked it so why not? Well let me tell you why not. I found out very quickly the car could really only make it about 10 minutes in any direction with some weird electrical issue. How did I find this out? Because I was driving to Lakemoor from Grayslake (roughly 18 minute drive according to maps) and by the time I got to the crossing of Wilson and 120 smoke was hurling out of the engine and flames were shooting out of the hood. Great start right? I manage to extinguish the flames and limp the car back to my house. I have my buddy whose a mechanic come over the following day. Their "mechanics" had filled the entire coolant system with water, in winter, sub zero temperatures so naturally when it froze and expanded it fried the head gasket, it fried the heater core, it fried the engine.
I messaged Olga, the finance lady who said "oh take it over here theyll give you a discount....how do i drive a vehicle that just started on fire further than i drove when it went up in flames? Not gonna happen.
Now the car has broken down 5+ times and today the engine blew up. Olga offered my deposit back. I accepted. She retracted the offer and said she has receipts for the repairs made pre-purchase which according to Cesar never happened. I have texts, the places and times of breakdowns and help from Grayslake PD documented on those many breakdowns. Buying a car here is like playing russian roulette with bullets in every chamber. Literally just go to facebook marketplace, or ANYWHERE else.
Im a single father of 4 out over $2000 from these thieves.

I can not reiterate enough how this dealer takes care of his clients. Honest people, reliable vehicles. I have had very negative experiences with big brand dealerships in the past, but this team really made a change on my car buying experience.
