Their customer service could use some retraining. They don’t take the time to explain all of the benefits you receive when opening a new account. Additionally, when I asked about a particular program bonus, the associate from the branch said: “We are not required to inform you of all of your benefits and/or bonuses..” Interesting. Thank you Chase.

Visited this location for a notary. Was told it would be a little wait while she finishes with another customer. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting when I asked how long it would be she told me it would be at least another 15 minutes. When I stated we couldn't wait that long and that we would have to go elsewhere she then offered up that there was one right across the street. I pointed out that she could have mentioned that when we got there. She stated she told us there would be a wait but offered no explanation as to why she didn't tell us about the notary across the street when we first got there and she knew there would be a long wait.

This is a bank that doesn't accept money to pay off a debt. Think about that. I had debt, I had money to pay it, they said no. Absolute garbage.

Has two atms. One if not both constantly have issues. No cash. No deposit. Etc.No inside after hours atm.Ongoing problem (at least 3 years) and no one cares.

I switched from 5/3rd to Chase thinking it would be more convenient and BOY was I wrong. There is literally always something wrong with the ATM, and there is never a sign to let us know in advance, so we end up waiting in a LONG line for nothing on a regular basis. I run into problems more often than I don't at this point when it comes to banking at Chase. I'll be switching back very soon. What a let down.

This branch is severely mismanaged and disorganized. Had three failed attempts to meet with a personal banker to make changes to my account. First time they had me set an appointment to come back. Second time, no one was available. Third time, banker booked someone else in my time slot. I like Chase , but it is time to find a different branch.

I've had accounts at many banks through the years. Chase Bank is by far my favorite. Friendly staff, great account choices and branches all over. Simply Perfect!
