“We needed a tow thinking the starter was shot after we tried giving the car a jump. B & R was recommended to us. Tow driver Dan said let me try to start the car before I tow to see if it IS the battery. Well sure enough it didn't start but he gave it a jump and saved us a tow!! We took it in for a new battery and we have no issues!!Thank you Tommy and Dan for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Dan could have towed us and charged us for the tow but instead gave us a jump for no charge! These are the types of people who need our business! Kind HONEST, chivalrous people! FIVE STARS all the way!!!!”

I recently had new... tires/rims/rotors/calipers/pads installed so I knew it wasn't them. He reviewed the codes, drove it, & kept me informed. He found the concern & had me ready to go same day! I truly appreciate it & they're local! I just know if I took it to my dealership, they'd charge me just to look at it (as they've advised me on other service & parts calls with them). “Hit a high spot in a road while driving and cracked an aftermarket front bumper and splitter. Not only was this fiberglass, the paint color is also a pearl white. “I have ordered 4 exhaust systems, 2 sets of RA Manifolds as well as Suspension components (1 GTO, 2 455HO TAs and 1 Catalina Wagon. Paul was nice enough to let me swap out a 2.5" exhaust he had shipped me for a 3" . He also was unable to ship some sway bars and credited me the difference. Over the last several years my experience has only been positive with RA Restorations.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”

“Been here multiple times throughout the years. Mostly to take advantage of their free diagnostic readings when the check engine light comes on and then to buy the parts from there. Staff is always kind, courteous, happy to help, and manly. Had them install a car battery bought from them. Went smoothly. They have the tools and help right there so I don't have to go fishing in a cluttered garage. Since I was there at non peak hours, they got right to it in the parking lot. It really is the services like installations that keep me coming here to this location but I've been to other locations with similar experiences. Thanks as always for the help.”

“I always go to the dealer, but hate waiting a week+ to get service done. Had an issue with my alternator/battery. Called the dealer. 2 week wait. Car was dead at the gym at 7pm. Pro Autoworks got me in first thing in the morning, and on the road by 9am.”
