Went in to sell a few watches ( I am a collector) , I told the person, I know what I can get for them if I sold on FB marketplace and I'm more than willing to take far less, as they need to make money too I understand and the hit for me would be worth it for the convenience. I should have known it would be bad , as the moment I put one of the watches in front of the guy, he said, " we tend to not take in broken watches" ummm, it's an automatic watch, I shock it a couple of times and it's working fine. That's where a red flag should come up, either he is a not so seasoned "expert" who doesn't understand products or, worse he was bargaining on me not knowing, a bit weird. Anyway, proceed with caution, that aside, it was a decent layout and storefront.

Tried selling my gold here, no complaints or anything simply the price they offered was not what I was expecting but overall the guys in there are nice!

I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. These guys, and girls, are the real deal! They are human, just like the rest of us, and they show it. 5 stars for sure in my book!! Im going to keep going back!! Thank you again! Wish these Bills wouldn't keep coming up!! :-)

Hi. My name is Julie. I found Alexander's Pawn Shop on Columbus Day, as the one I was going to go to was closed.I am so glad that they were closed, I went to Alexander's Pawn Shop with hopes of meeting someone friendly and honest, and that was JACOB. He was so appreciative of his job, did it with confidence and an empathy, rarely seen in this line of work. Has been there 15 years and still said, " there is still so much tolearn. "We were bringing in items related to my 82 year old mothers career, which was a professional singer and a professor. I gave an amount to Jacob and he produced an even larger number as to what my mom would be paid.He was extremely honest, which is so important. We will be going there this week, for the sale of the last of my moms jewelry from her career.Thank you to all of the employees. Your conversations with my mom really had an impact. She has dementia and any conversation is so appreciated by her, when we are out doing errands. Thanks again!!!

I used to go here a lot years ago and they were so cool. The other day I went in with a ps2 in original box and they told me 20$. Sold it for $100 later that night on marketplace by someone who collected them and liked the box. So before you think of selling your stuff at a pawn shop, try fb first!

Dis shop is racism for wouldn’t sell us a pc saying he was closing but let another race walk right in and sell something why would you take money but give it out? Doesn’t make sense prime example of da racism.

I love this shop! Everything is displayed very well which makes what you're looking for very easy to find. From tools, to video games, collectibles and music equipment I always find awesome gems here. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable too. Michael, Jacob, and Sarah are the best!!!

Went in to look at tools and was told they were only doing loans or buying merchandise and I couldn't look at anything. What kind of pawn shop aren't you allowed to buy things
