I love flea markets and knew about this one for decades, just never got around to it. I live in the city and assumed the prices would be higher than in WI or IN. I was so wrong! $20 got me a huge haul! Decorations, needed supplies, and even furniture! I was pleasantly surprised and did not even mind the early hours. Just $5 to get in and free parking. Can get there before 6@ and thrift in the dark for $3. So fun and great way to get your steps! Food available and get to use the theater bathrooms. It's only around during the warm months, in Chicago that means very limited window. Try it once and you'll be a regular. You can find anything and everything. In these times of inflation , a great buy is hard to find, not here! Staff are helpful and place is kept well organized for flea market chaos . You'll love it!

Cool place to spend money and time. Always good deal.Definitely look for this guy. He is an artist and makes all of his stuff from toilet paper .

It used to be good for antiques but now it seems to be overrun by people selling cheap new items. Recently they let some large trucks in taking up a number of spaces to sell tires. Next to that a seller set up a large music stage to push his DJservices. Many of the better flea market sellers are being pushed out. They have taken away some parking to provide space for more sellers. It's becoming too large and watered down.

TLDR: Kinda fun activity to walk through if you have a car and have some time to spend. DETAILS: $2 cash entry per person. Bathrooms in the arena. vendors sell various items - from golf clubs to shoes and vintage t shirts, you can maybe find some treasures if you're willing to sift and have an open mind TIME: -they open at 7, you can spend a good 90 mins here just roaming the aisles

Most of the vendors are generally nice, but some are sketchy with gross stuff. The people that run it tough are absolute jerks. They are rude and yell at people, they are the ones in the bright neon staff shirts. Don't ask for help or even look at them if you aren't in the mood for rude AF attitudes.

My first time going, I liked it the only thing they should have is more sitting areas around the place to rest because the place is huge, not just a food court, the reason we bought food to eat and we wanted to sit down we couldn't because there was a family of 6 just sitting there talking they weren't eating and one of them had his legs up on the chair. When my husband asked if we can sit down the guy said no! He was tired. Put a sign for eating only not loitering.

The parking lot that this flea market operates on, has finally been totally repaved, thank God. Now this venue is much easier to manipulate a wheelchair. I would suggest bringing a cart, you never know how many items you are gonna buy or how large the items will be. A cart or wagon makes it a lot easier . The place is filled with so many vendors that I can only only usually get through half of it. I highly suggest to bring some bottled water during the hot summer mornings, to keep yourself hydrated. Again, I have to say now that the parking lot is repaved, it's a great experience shopping here.

Went there this past week as seller/ vendor nasty staff that treat you like dirt after paying $50 for a spot. Parking attendant was yelling at me and he didn't even notice I was trying to park in the space they assigned and someone else was in my spot. Just rude people. I'll continue going to Wilmot WI. Flea Market.

Rain or shine… sure… I call b.s. We got there at 9, it rained for 5 minutes, and when it was done 80% of the merchants had already packed up and left… despite 3 more hours remaining of supposed selling… won’t return…
