I came in with my daughter and we had amazing customer service one of the girls there I believe her name was jade was o helpful. She made my daughter feel so confident with the dresses she picked out. The store was clean and organized will definitely be coming back with my wife to help our daughter pick out her prom dress

I recently came in a few days ago looking for an outfit to wear to an upcoming concert and I had no clue what to look for! However, I asked one of the stores manager, Edith, if she could help me select some outfits and she did just that! I would also like to add that the store is very clean and organized, all of the other ladies working were very nice and welcoming as well. I will definitely be coming here again!

Need to speak to someone who is over the manager purchase a dress and came back to return it and she was rude not wanting to help me at all with options !! No body told me about final sale no refunds for the purchase !!

I’m an older woman, but I attended this store in hopes of finding a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Of course, it is difficult for me to understand what todays teenagers are into and what is ‘hot’ or ‘trending,’ therefore I asked Edith, one of the young workers, for advice. She was very kind and helpful and brightened up my day. Thank you for making shopping for teens easier for us old-heads, Edith! ?

I was there i asked for help, i show couple pictures looking for dress, girl only answer we dont have anything. You have to many dress!! dont care to help u to see for something similar or to check if have stock. Really so rude, dont have people and she was so lazy to show me stuff, very sad because i love the store and i expect to buy couple stuff. I never go again!

The selection of clothes is amazing! Something for everyone. The fitting room attendant Jade was so sweet brought an outfit I wanted straight to me! The store manager Alexis assisted well taking calls and customers. The cashier Natalle was so knowledgeable on a last minute item at the check out. Loved my experience here!! Overall so happy! Finally got my outfit for my sister in law’s wedding.

I'm so happy that Fashion Outlet finally opened a Windsor store. I was there couple days ago, looking for couple outfits for upcoming events. Marlene was so nice and helpful the whole time i was there. She make sure i was happy with my purchase. I was very pleased with customer service that i received. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been to several Windsors around the country, and this is definitely the best. It’s located close to the Prada and Burberry stores, so i was able to buy a new purse then go to Windsor for a new weekend outfit. The staff were super helpful in finding the right color in my size, which can be hard because I’m tall. I didn’t intend to buy shoes, but they helped style me for a night on the town, so i had to buy the shoes. They weren’t pushy or overbearing. Overall one of the best store experiences I’ve had in a long time!
