The style of lots of clothes in this store are out of fashion or not suitable for convenient daily wear. Also, it’s hard for me to find my size (S/M). The sizes are mostly xs or xl. I wasn’t greeted for my stay in about 20 minutes.

I was really curious about this location after reading their google reviews. I typically frequent their aurora outlet location and 5-10 items at a time. It's a staple in my closet. Like everyone else said, there was one employee guy who was really standoffish and dressed pretentiously but in a bucket hat. I didn't see him greet anyone, and he looked at you like you were beneath him lol, just like the other reviewers said. I smiled at him when I walked into the fitting rooms, and he just walked right past me. At Aurora, they would offer to open the room for me. The female employee also didn't greet anyone but when I asked for help on an item, she obliged and was fine. Not friendly but not rude. I don't think this store is as terrible as some of the other folks said, but that said, if I'm purchasing so much, I'd rather go to Aurora. They always greet me, and they always offer to start a fitting room once they see that I start accumulating items while browsing. I'd rather support their location. They also have a male manager who's a little quieter, but he's smiled or said hello when I'm there. Plus, more availability in XS and S in Aurora. You know, I realized that's not asking a lot. But I doubt the Rosemont location will make any changes based on consumer feedback bc that location probably has more high end foot traffic.

I shopped at this location twice and never had a good experience. I ran into the same guy who works at this location who is very rude and disrespectful. I could clearly see that he does not want to work/sell. First time, I bought couple items and even when I was checking out he was very unkind. The second time, his attitude just turned me off even there are some cute stuff that I wanted to buy. I asked for the fitting room and I felt like I should not have asked. He made me uncomfortable for the whole time. When I was leaving, I said thank you but he was just staring at me like I made him angry because I did not buy.

Sales has really bad attitude! It seems like they don’t value their customer at all. I am talking about Mr. Shawn/Sean specifically. Where does Vince hire these employees? Plus the quality of the coat in this store is really low. I was asking if they could do something with it, but the sales was very rude and rejecting, saying it was me causing the hole. It is a shame that Vince has this kind of sales!

I spent 25 minutes in store, I tried on clothes, and when I went to checkout I was told the system had gone down and they couldn't check me out. Waste of time!

On 11/23/2022 Don’t know what wrong with the female worker in the morning shift. Very rude and aggressive when she organize the stuff. Didn’t even greet customers when made eye contacts. So rude not recommended

No greet nobody in the store. It was if I bothered her by walking in. Just terrible not to acknowledge a potential customer when they walk in. If you don’t want to work or exhibit basic human courtesy go work at McDonalds.

The worker Sean was extremely rude and ignored us when we spoke to him and asked him questions. He was very disrespectful and when I respectfully pointed out his bad attitude towards us he simply stated “I don’t care”.

Located conveniently on the second floor of the fashion outlets of Chicago check out the store for great deals on your favorite Vince products. Everyone who was working there today it was super nice and helpful and was able to get everything that I wanted. It’s also quite convenience that there is a T shop ran outside that has smoothies and also many other drinks.
