I never thought that VW can treat loyal customers this way how they treat me when I face a problem ! they symply don't help a Client with nothing but report you for late payment ! I running $5+M/year business and report me for late payment of $800 because they don't see my ACH application... so rude talking when I call no one help set online they web site work terrible idk probably that my last Audi in my life will move to other cars so dissipated!

I have zero percent financing and have not had any issues after 14 months. I just log in, make payments, and everything goes as it should.

For Ducati motorcycle financing, you MUST make either phone or mail-in payments with a check. No website payment options, and if you want to enroll in autopay, they have to send you a paper form, which you have to fill out by hand and send it back to them in the mail. This is the only company I know of that is this outdated...come on VW Credit, time to join this century!

Called in the afternoon and said high call volume. Tried noon and I got the same response and they also hang you up. But they are quick to take money.

I have owned a different Volkswagen over the course 17 years. In that time I missed one car payment due to a clerical error and VW credit refused to remove this mark from my credit score. I will not be working with Volkswagen or Volkswagen credit ever again. Everyone should take caution when working with this company they are not family friendly nor do they care about their loyal customers.

Calls my work for an unknown employee. Nothing on their website or phone number is letting me get through to tell them to stop calling. You are forced to login to send a message. I can't login, I'd never own a VW. Just stop flooding my work voicemail with collections calls. There's always about 30-40 accounts with my work number.
