Went into the branch today to cash a check. The teller, Cookie, was super! Very friendly, professional and helped with any questions I had. Great experience.!

These people costed me money because of their incompetence. Said the cashier check cleared and then it was pulled. They opened up a line of credit on my account for no reason, all at the Rosemount, IL location.

Gerald I believe is the branch manager, is very concerned for your well being in finances, very professional, an accomplished professional, and puts you at ease when you are in need of direction. Great visit, thank you Gerald!

I have been to this branch several times in the last month - they are the closest to my job. I have dealt with 4 employees, all of whom have been professional and friendly. Raul and Catherine stand out to me when thinking back over my visits. They both got my deposits in quickly (one per minute for cash deposits) and accurately while still being amicable and carrying on conversation with me. And Raul recognized me on my fourth visit even though I was being helped at a different counter, which was funny.

Please visit any other branch because i thing its a main office then also just one person at teller counter. And its took 30 mins to just standing in line to get the check deposited.Worst customer service.

Great people to work with. I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerald at the Rosemont location. What started as an application towards a credit card ended in a home equity line of credit and a refinance mortgage. Easy sailing process with all questions answered. Reduced my chase interest rate and lowered the mortgage payment. Highly recommended. Thanks Gerald.

Snobby service at this branch, with the exception of Ms. Cookie. I entered the lobby and a female employee looked at me, didn't utter a Hello, Welcome to U S Bank, how can we help you today? Instead, she looked at me and pointed to the seating area and advised that someone would be with shortly. WOW! Then, another male employee - I guess a personal banker assisted me. Initially, he pulled up the wrong profile and asked me "so what brings you out here" in order words what are you doing in this neighborhood!!! WOW Then proceeded to give me incorrect information regarding increasing my transfer limit via Zelle. One thing for sure, some coaching in Public Service/Customer Service is required at this Rosemont/Higgins Road Branch of U S Bank.

I went to this branch several times in the past as it is near my job (VERY RUDE PEOPLE- NO ONE SPEAKS WHEN I WALK IN AND JUST LOOKS WITH BLANK STARES). I was going from November to February faithfully every month to deposit money into my landlords account as he travels a lot and doesn't have Zelle/ my limit isn't high enough. Well come February I go to do the same routine. I got a teller I've never seen at the branch before and she was VERYYYYY INCOMPETENT. She asked why I had filled out the deposit and withdrawal slips (why else would I be doing this?) She proceeded to tell me I couldn't make the transaction I was trying to make and that I would have to order a check book (MA'AM I AM NOT ORDERING A CHECK BOOK JUST TO PAY A MONTHLY RENT). I asked her what are my other options she proceeded to look crazy as if she didn't know- so i asked for a manager. (MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND INATTENTIVE TO THE MATTER). He proceeded to say the only way I could pay my landlord was by check in the mail (AGAIN MY LANDLORD TRAVELS A LOT - NOT POSSIBLE). I ended up leaving and contacting customer service to complain and they told me I could use another online feature that's available which I didn't know about. (ALL THIS TO SAY- THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BANKING PRODUCTS/SERVICES). I'm only with US BANK because Charter One was taken over by them!

I'd previously had a car loan with US Bank, and by no means was it painless but it was the easiest process. After a car accident I decide to return. Big mistake, and I can't urge you enough to stay away. Even if you decide to put your self through this hell, please avoid this location. Jamie is NOT a good banker. She didn't alert me that I needed to remove the security freeze, and when she did she told me to only remove it for one. The loan I received isn't great, and I couldn't got a way better deal elsewhere. Also- good luck reaching someone when you call the branch. It's easier to get into with Elvis.

Went here only to deposit money in family member's account. The rude older lady at the counter needs to retire. I didn't know where her ATM was located so when I asked she had an attitude and said outside on the other side of the building. Then she repeated it again with an exasperated sigh. I didn't ask you to repeat yourself rude lady. I am not slow and people who work in banks are expected to have customer service skills. If I had an account there this would prompt me to switch. Stupid lady! Save the rudeness for someone else.

This bank lies on the fees they tell you they'll charge you, but then charge you more after the fact and then blame it on a computer but does nothing to help you understand why they took that extra money from you. Use an online bank instead. They have less overhead because they don't have brick and mortar, which means less fees and higher interest rates for your savings.
