Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I went in with my mom on Friday Evening 2/9.There were three employees (2 were standing by register and one was sitting on the bench) -1. Didn’t greet us2. I had to stand in the register for one to acknowledge we needed help3. The one sitting on the bench did not even get up when my mom was looking to try on her shoes. This was beyond to me. You see a customer needing to try on shoes and you don’t get up. I was very upset by it.They were so unwelcoming.I love the brand but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location.

I’ll be calling to DM and to next authority level. There are a lot of bad reviews to refund and return. They are not doing their job. And shoes is very expensive. We bought shoes as gift for 13 years old and she wasn’t here to try them on. She tried them week ago and besides it was small it has defect on it. It was dark brown spot on the side. We called to customer service and spent on the phone 40 min explained something. They said to go to store and exchange it. Lady name Courtney was very rude and stated someone was wear it even teen wasn’t in here. When I asked her to provide me with district manager phone number and name She became racist and called security on pregnant women. I think this is very bad customer service for Ugg company to keep lady like COUTNEY working there. She discriminating and being racist to customers just because she doesn’t want to do her job. I think UGG customer service has to take care of ppl who really likes them and don’t ppl like Courtney work there

Two cashiers, one male and one female. The female worker just walked in front of a customer without saying anything or manners. The male one was still taking his time to pack someone else’s items and not helping to check out. It was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. Seems like there were a lot of bad reviews recent and manage was not doing anything. Wanna send the review the headquarter

Came here to return shoes and asked security to help me skip the line because I am 9 months pregnant. She called manager but manager said no! Very rude, no empathy, unprofessional!! The worst experience ever in retail store!Just to say I am a person who never writes reviews but this is unacceptable!

My family and I went to Uggs because my daughter likes them. We went on Tuesday, November 21 around 4:30 ish. First problem is that there are no seats to try on the boots so my daughter had to sit on the floor. The second problem was there were three young ladies behind the counter talking. No one was working on the floor. I got in line to ask the price of a pair of Uggs. Only one of the ladies was working and talking so basically ignoring her customer. Another one of the ladies was asking the one lady barely working many questions about the other register so the lady working was going slower. I had a simple question but had to wait in line because no one was on the floor assisting customers. My last problem is that this is an outlet mall and the Uggs are full priced. How is this an outlet store? Horrible experience and will never return. Save your time and skip this store unless you have time to kill!

I purchased a pair of shoes on 10/28 and after taking them home to try on with a thicker pair of socks I decided I didn’t like how they looked on me. I had them on mere minutes. I returned less than 24hrs later and was informed by someone stating her name was “gloria” that I had worn the shoes and that she would not return them because she couldn’t sell them. Which really isn’t my problem the return policy said tags on, unworn, with original receipt. I checked all of those boxes. Frankly returning shoes after wearing them is trashy and I would never do that but perhaps she was projecting and frequents this behavior. Train the little girl a bit better and teach her it’s not that serious. The return isn’t coming out of her pocket.
